You can generally expect to receive your tax forms as follows:
- Form 1099-DIV for Real Estate Crowdfunding by the end of January
- Schedule K-1 for the Vacation Rental Fund before March 15th
Once issued, your tax documents will be conveniently sent directly to your email or posted in the Tax Center tab of your account for easy access.
It's important to note that the IRS deadline for the issuance of K-1s on extension is September 15th. In the event you haven't received your K-1 within a reasonable timeframe, the IRS recommends filing Form 8082. We strongly recommend consulting with your tax advisor to determine the most appropriate steps for handling your tax filings.
