What is a Schedule K-1?

The Schedule K-1 is a tax document that outlines your portion of the income, deductions, and credits generated by the properties in which you've invested through Fundhomes.

Only investors in the Fundhomes Vacation Rental Fund should expect to receive the K-1, K-1 information, or substitute K-1 annually.

Typically, Schedule K-1s are expected to be produced in mid-March on an annual basis to report the previous year’s gains or losses.

You can access any tax documents issued for your account by visiting your Tax Center and navigating to the “Tax Documents” section.
